NOTES:-

• Our tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
• Minimum 4 Pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost, if only 2 Pax booked on a trip / operating with minimum 02 Pax then Rs. 1,500/- (Per Person) supplement would be extra.
• Extra Bed means extra mattress or rollaway bed.
• AC will not work in hill stations.
• Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
• The Property D’s Casa is purely non-smoking hotel, smoking inside the room is not allowed, however you can smoke at smoking zone area at the hotels.
• The Vehicles may or may not have power windows.
• All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
• The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
• No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
• All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
• Dharamshala Rope way Tour (Optional - Rs. 650/- (Per Person) extra).
• Package Cost Not valid on Cricket matches, H.H. Dalai Lama Teachings & Peak / Long weekends.

Remarks:-

• The per person cost is calculated on the basis of minimum 04 adults travelling together on TWIN sharing.
• The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
• Extra adult is the 3^rd person who shares a DBL room, is provided with an extra mattress or roll away bed.
• Mostly the Hotel / Camps allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.

Note:-

• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the Bus or in Hotel / Camp.
• The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
• Bus tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel / Camp related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel / Camp.

Terms and conditions:-

• 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
• Please provide government issued id's to process the reservation.
• Hotel / Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
• The guest must carry confirmed Hotel / Camp voucher at the time of check in at Hotel / Camp.
• Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
• All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
• We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel / Camps etc. unless they refund us in our bank account.
• If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.

Domestic Terms and conditions during COVID 19:-

• Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
• Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of total package cost.
• Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount.
• Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount.
• Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount.
• Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited.

All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatsApp number only.

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
